Bicentennial Banner Installations
As part of the Congregation's Bicentennial celebrations, held from November 21, 2021 - November 21, 2022, I coordinated physical banner installations that were displayed in Basilian-run high schools, universities and churches.
These banners were a physical presence that highlighted the Congregation’s shared history with each of its institutions and brought awareness to the Congregation’s influence today.
These banners depicted a timeline of the Congregation's history with archival photos. I condensed the organization's storied history into a simple timeline and worked with the Congregation's archivist to select interesting photos to support this narrative. I collaborated with the graphic designer to create a series of eight banners that could be adapted for each location.
The banners were on display at schools and parishes where the Basilians minister and proved to be pivotal in uniting the celebrations that occurred across the diverse community.
