Retirement Fund Video

This video was created in Canva to bring awareness to the Congregation of St. Basil’s Retirement Fund. It connects the organization’s recent 200th anniversary celebrations with need for donations to the Retirement Fund. The photos were selected to showcase the community’s diversity. 

The video was shared on the Congregation of St. Basil’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) on Giving Tuesday 2022. It was reformatted for viewing through stories and reels. 

The video received over 750 views across all platforms, with 60 percent of YouTube viewers watching the entire video and generated online donations. To view the video on YouTube.

Retirement Fund Video

This video was created to highlight the Basilian Fathers’ Retirement Fund. I interviewed the Superior of the Basilian retirement home in Toronto about how the COVID pandemic has impacted retired priests and how to support them through the retirement fund. The video was successful in bringing in online donations. 

Remembrance Day Video

For this video that was played at the Remembrance Day service at a Basilian retirement home, I interviewed St. Michael's students about their experiences travelling to France for the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
